Its really hard to find good tasting Keto/LowCarb breads that aren’t dry or taste like cardboard. I found a recipe that is pretty darn good! If you have gluten allergies, diabetic issues or for weight loss with a low carb diet, these are perfect substitute for you!
These buns are really delicious and super easy to make! You can make them ahead and freeze them.
Keto Burger Buns
Ingredients
makes 5 Buns
1 net carb per slice
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1TBS parmesan cheese
6 TBS almond flour
1/4 tsp arrowroot powder
3 eggs, beaten
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl add the first three ingredients. Then add the eggs and mix well. The batter will be loose.
On a parchment lined pan, take a 1/4 cup scoop of batter and line your tray. Leave about 2 inches in between, the batter spreads out a bit.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Then put under broil for another minute or 2 (watch so they do not burn). Remove from the oven and let them completely cool before serving.


My wife and I tried this recipe lasr night we were so satisfied and excited, we did our jumping jacks after dinner, all night long!!😅😅😅
