
Who says you have to give up some of your favorite desserts when you’re dieting? You can’t get any easier than this!
Panna Cotta
serves 6
Ingredients
1/3 cup half and half or water
1 packet gelatin
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
12 drops liquid stevia sweetener, preferably Now brand
1 packet of Paneangeli Vanillina or 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Pour half and half into a measuring cup, and stir in the gelatin powder. Set aside.
2. In a non-stick pan, stir together the heavy cream and Sweetener and bring to a boil over medium heat. Watch your pan carefully as your cream will rise very quickly to the top.
3. Add the Vanillina or extract, gelatin and half and half mixture into the cream. Cook for one more minute, while constantly stirring. Remove from heat, and pour into six individual ramekin dishes.

4. Cool the ramekins uncovered at room temp, then cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight before serving.
5. In a dish, drizzle blueberry sauce or your favorite berry sauce or stevia sweetened chocolate sauce. With a spoon run it around the inside rim of the ramekin and scoop out Panna cotta onto the sauce and enjoy!
