Madrasala Tandoori Chicken Sandwich

What to do when you’re in the mood for some curry in a hurry with ingredients I have on hand. I also prefer more veg to meat on my sandwiches ((whatever floats your boat!) This sandwich is sweet and savory deliciousness!

Madrasala Tandoori Chicken Sandwich 

Makes 1 sandwich

1 medium flour tortilla (you can also use naan)

4 slices Boars Head Madrasala Curry Chicken

2 slices of aged sliced cheddar cheese

2 tsp .  Grape seed oil or olive oil

2 Tbs. Fig Preserves

2-3 Thinly sliced Vidalia Onion (you can also use red onion)

2  Green or Red Leaf Lettuce leaves

In a medium pan heat oil over medium heat, when oil is hot toast tortilla on each side. Remove from heat onto a plate. Spread fig preserves evenly over tortilla, add cheese slices, put chicken over cheese then top with lettuce leaves and onions, gold tortilla in half,
