Stir fry is always a quick meal. Chicken tenders are dredged in cornstarch and stir fried. I like the crispy texture it gives instead of flour.
I am a sweet and savory fan so I decided to take apricot jam and soy sauce and add it to some sautéd garlic. It’s simmered until it becomes a thick glaze. I also stirfried string beans with garlic, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce.
It was a hit!
